Our passionate leadership team equips believers and nurtures leaders, embodying our core values. Pastor Warren

A Heart for Family and Community

With over 20 years of pastoral experience, Pastor Warren’s ministry journey reflects his deep passion for family, youth, and fostering meaningful connections within the church. He first discovered his calling as a youth pastor at House DC, under McLean Bible Church, where he cultivated his gift for guiding young people in their spiritual walk. His journey continued at Grace Covenant Church, where he served as Youth Pastor and later as the Connections Pastor, creating strong bonds within the church community and fostering spiritual growth.

In addition to these roles, Pastor Warren led the Marriage Prep ministry for over a decade, where he developed a team of marriage leaders and mentored couples preparing for marriage. His teachings equipped couples with the spiritual and practical tools needed to build healthy, thriving marriages rooted in God’s principles—marriages that could honor God and withstand the storms of life.

Pastor Warren’s biblical foundation is rooted in the advanced leadership and theological training he received through Leadership 215, a seminary-level program governed by the leaders of Every Nation. This comprehensive training equipped him to effectively lead and disciple others, deepening his impact and strengthening his ministry. Saved in 1996, Pastor Warren’s personal experience of God’s grace drives his passion for sharing the life-changing message of faith with others.

Married for 18 years to Nakia Smith, Pastor Warren’s own family life exemplifies his commitment to fostering strong, faith-filled homes. His warmth, wisdom, and dedication to helping others grow in their relationship with God create a welcoming atmosphere for all who seek to deepen their faith and find community in the church.

Nakia Smith

A Woman of Prayer and Worship

Nakia Smith is a dynamic leader with a passion for prayer, worship, and biblical teaching. As a mother and accountant, she balances her professional life with a deep devotion to ministry. Her biblical training includes studies in the Old and New Testaments, as well as Hebrew and Greek, which she uses to lead Bible studies and minister to women, youth, and college students, helping them grow in their knowledge of Scripture.

A worshipper at heart, Nakia also ministers through the art of mime, leading others into powerful moments of worship and connection with God. Her heart for ministry extends to couples, where she works alongside her husband in marriage ministry, encouraging and strengthening relationships rooted in faith. Nakia’s life is marked by her unwavering dedication to prayer and her desire to see others experience God’s love and grace.

Her leadership, depth of biblical knowledge, and passion for worship create a powerful and welcoming environment for those seeking to grow in their spiritual walk. Whether leading Bible studies, worship services, or supporting marriages, Nakia’s ministry touches lives and draws people closer to God.

Elder Chris Boston

Associate Pastor

Chris Boston, a native of Silver Spring, MD, now resides in Bowie, MD, with his wife of 19 years, Chuenée. They are the proud parents of three sons. Chris holds a Master’s Degree in Practical Theology from Regent University and is passionate about serving God, his family, and his community.
As an elder at Reconciliation Church, Chris draws on over 24 years of experience and commitment to ministry, with a focus on financial literacy and men’s ministry. He also serves as CEO of Boston Holdings LLC and works full-time as a branch manager for a mortgage company. Beyond his professional roles, Chris finds joy in coaching football and mentoring young men on and off the field.
Committed to discipleship, Chris actively encourages men in the marketplace, community, and church. His faith and dedication to building strong families and communities are at the heart of his service.
